What could be described as the first true artist album of the second era of his career, following up 2021's TURN TO (')11 comes another LP titled PERFECTLY IMPERFECT from the incredibly prolific Estonian producer Mord Fustang. Starting off bold and adventurous with the folky electronica of OPEN-HEART PERJURY, we can tell this one is going to be eye-opening.

Followed by the tribal, dreamy, out of tune sounds of LUSTER, going through peak progressive house and synthwave in NOCTURNAL and HOURGLASS, Mord's skill is at its peak on this one—like he has no boundaries and b(l)ends every possible genre. It works surprisingly well because the listener is never out of surprises. The more quiet tunes also show how much confidence he has as a composer. Ending on groovy APERTURE, which, essentially, is the final track of the album, only to be completely toppled by the single EMERALD EYES.
